One of their employees came over and measured all of my windows and a few weeks later they were in installing them. They replaced every window in my house and had the best rates around. The crew that came was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. The job was done in one afternoon and the windows look great.

Windows are fine but customer service is brutal. The sales guy forgot to place my order and then lied about it. Windows came in and one of them was ordered wrong. Dave was helpful and gave me some money off my order and ordered the replacement window. However, installers forgot trim for the exterior of the window. Were supposed to come back the following day and never did. Had to follow up with Dave to get them to come out. Waiting to see when they will be back out.

Our sales staff does not place orders. His order was produced on our normal schedule. We did mis-measure one window. We could of “Made It Fit”, but we do not operate like that. Certainly, this caused a delay. We installed correct size window. It started to rain. The exterior trim could not be installed in rain, because caulk would not set. We came back on the next sunny day and finished the job. We gave Travis a free window and we were in constant contact with him.
